Filpro air filters are designed to meet or surpass the most stringent requirements for long life, superior air flow, high particle retention and highly effective seals. The standard element frames are sturdily constructed of carbon steel; stainless steel and galvanized steel are also available. Both faces of the radial fin are supported by woven wire, and the unit cores are perforated steel to retain strength for the life of the filter and minimize seal failure.

Three Filter Styles to Meet Your Specific Application
Sewn End Style has a rugged perforated steel core which is attached to pleated woven wire. The filter media covers the frame and end gaskets.
Molded End Style also has a sturdy perforated steel core. The filter media is pleated between two layers of woven wire. The core and pleated media is then sealed at both ends with a vinyl rubber seal.
Metal End Cap Style is similar in design to the Molded End Style except the core and pleated media is covered at both ends with a metal end cap.

Medias to Meet Specific Applications
Filpro offers four filter medias which offer the optimum reliability in a wide range of temperatures with retention rates from 1 to 200 microns. This enables you to choose the media that is most effective for your specific application.
Cellulose is an inexpensive media suited for light duty applications.
Micro-glass has much better dirt holding capacity and can last up to 4 to 5 times longer than cellulose. It provides the ultimate cleanliness and has superior fluid compatibility with hydraulic fluids, synthetics, solvents, and high water based fluids. Improving fluid cleanliness provides more reliable equipment, less down time and reduced equipment maintenance costs.
Water Removal Micro-glass has the same features as our Micro-glass media, but offers the advantage of removing small traces of water which significantly increases performance and equipment life in hydraulic and lube systems.
Stainless Wire Mesh is a washable media which is suitable for heavy duty applications with higher micron retention rates.

Designed for the mining and construction industries.
Monster 1911 Off-Road Urethane Wheel Chocks are specifically designed for mine haul trucks with tire sizes over 105" (2667 mm) diameter and load capacities up to 400 tons (a minimum of four (4) model 1911 Monster Wheel Chocks must be used when chocking haul trucks with load capacities from 240 tons up to 400 tons). This tall chock design is strong, safe and lightweight, yet they hold the largest haul trucks. These chocks are made from tough, damage resistant urethane. They will not cause tire damage and are virtually unaffected by oils, fuels or solvents. For added safety and convenience, these wheel chocks have "How to Use" guidelines molded directly into the chock.

WARNING - WHEEL CHOCK USER GUIDELINES
Improper use may result in product failure.
Select wheel chock according to vehicle type and size.
Always use in pairs and on firm surfaces.
Chock in direction of grade.
Chock both sides of wheel if direction of grade is undetermined.
Use only after parking brake is applied and tested.
Center chocks snugly and squarely against tread of each wheel.
Always test chocks to insure they meet requirements.
